Therapeutic Gardens

Here at WoodSpirit Gardens we want to not just make gardens but also gardeners. We want to help people to “remember themselves” by creating a garden with them. Did you know that one definition of paradise is garden or park? Therefore, a gardener could be said to be a caretaker of paradise.  The benefits derived from this “caretaking” is even more necessary in these uncertain times.

What we endeavor to inspire each day is a garden to aid in the healing of the main, body, and spirit. Plants are totally accepting, they do not care if you are young or old, fat or thin, black or white, rich or poor. If you care for them, they will grow and flourish.

Gardens can be designed with broad concepts and many different categories of people in mind, such as a public park, or very specific, such as gardens for the blind.
